You as the insured worker are primarily responsible for managing your disability claim.

Unfortunately, you may also be the person least knowledgeable about the claim process.

Thats why we are here to help you.

We will assist you on a contingency basis. If you don't get paid, you do not pay us. We will charge you fee agreed to at the onset of our services.

Some of our services we will provide include but are not limited to:

• Policy Review To allow you to understand your plan and make it work for you, we will review the disability plan with you and discuss and explain the definition of disability, plan stipulations and any secondary benefits which you are entitled
  
• Advocacy To ensure you are heard and represented fairly, we will provide advocacy on your behalf to ensure open communication and a fair review of your disability claim
  
• Representation We will communicate on your behalf to make sure the proper questions are asked and proper explanations provided
  
• Communication To ensure information is obtained and provided accurately and completely, we will compile the necessary documents and data by phone, fax, mail or email to ensure you receive a fast and appropriate claim decision
  
• Return-To-Work Coordination We will coordinate efforts to have you Return-To-Work as soon as medically able. This may be fully duty or less than full duty. We believe returning to work is essential to the recovery process and will make every effort to get you there!
